College Career Transition Project

Service is the rent we pay for being. It is the very purpose of life, and not something you do in your spare time. Marian Wright Edelman

CCT MISSION AND VISION

Our Mission is to support first generation children, youth and families in attaining college and career goals by providing high quality bilingual services.

Our Vision is to bridge the gap between schools, families and community partners, reducing opportunity gaps, highlighting the talents of young people and providing the resources they need to succeed. Working in collaboration with school and community partners, we aim to increase the number of students continuing their education after high school and to help students discover opportunities in careers that are sustainable and rewarding.

THE CCT MODEL

CCT creates conditions and opportunities critical for successful transitions to higher education and sustainable careers. We offer programming tailored to the needs and interests of students, parents, teachers and administrators in core innovation areas:

  • College & Career Readiness
  • Restorative Practices
  • Parent/Family Involvement
  • Professional Development
